1.) A copy of Dr. Bernsein's Diabetes Solution book (2011 edition). This can be a physical copy or ebook. Many people find used versions for sale either locally or online, and you can check here on Amazon.com.

2.) Facebook account for access to our community page. Much of the conversation, the monthly study guide, and additional resources throughout the month will be posted to our private Facebook group and will not be available anywhere else. 

3.) A great attitude, and willingness to participate and learn together! We ask that everyone get involved, and help to foster a supportive learning environment for all. Bullies will not be tolerated.

First of all, the monthly group discussion calls will be recorded and available to all of our members, regardless of your time zone. 

What we've found works for both North America and Australia is a USA evening/Australia morning timeslot. Because of this, we've selected the third Thursday of the month at 3 PM and 8 PM Eastern USA & Canada.*

Dr. Bernstein's book contains 24 informational chapters plus 5 appendices (not including the Foreword, Preface, Dr. B's Story, Testimonials, and Cookbook).

Depending on each chapter's content, we will cover 1-3 chapters per month, and we have a preliminary schedule of 18 months total to get through the book.

This is a rolling membership, so we are accepting ongoing registrations. When we're done going through the book once, we'll start over again at the beginning.
